The Properties Made Easy team consist of three lifelong friends, all bringing their own skills and experience together to deliver the best service for our clients. The team already manage four successful units in the midlands with great client relationships, we go the extra mile to give you piece of mind in your portfolio. With knowledge of both the trade and corporate environments through our individual careers we are able to specialise in our activities bringing the perfect balance to our work.
Properties made easy is a young business with a hopeful future, we understand the needs of landlords, a passive income managed effectively provides the time needed to focus on other opportunities and challenges, that is what we will deliver. Our Portfolio
Property Portfolio
The first entrant to our property portfolio came in March 2022, a studio apartment in the city centre of Wolverhampton located by St Johns square in the George House building. After a successful start the agency responsible for the lettings of apartments in the George House building offered a second apartment to Properties Made easy and in June 2022 this deal was finalised and the second studio apartment was added to the Portfolio. In August 2022 Properties made easy was approached by a couple in Tipton looking to engage in a tenancy agreement for their three story townhouse in Tipton soon after offering a second property to PME, this time in Birmingham. The most recent entry to the portfolio came in September 2022 when Properties made easy were invited to a house viewing in Shrewsbury after the property landlord was left disappointed with the condition of their cottage at the end of the previous tenancy. Since that time properties made easy have given the cottage new life and brought it into the portfolio with great results. PME has recently established a working relationship with an estate agent operating in Shrewsbury posing great opportunities for the near future
Booking Engine
Online travel agents or OTA's such as Booking.com offer a great platform for property owners to leverage the full potential of their properties to see great results. However these platforms take a considerable commission on any sale, commonly between 15% and 20%. This is a considerable reduction in income for each guest that uses these platforms for booking. To counter this Properties Made Easy has developed its own bespoke booking platform which cuts out the middleman and means all revenues from a booking will be received by PME, a massive benefit to the property owner when choosing a management agreement. OTA's such as Booking.com still have an important part to play in our operations due to the massive market they grant access to, the policy of such platforms stipulate that one booking must be made before personal contact information can be shared between guest and seller. At properties made easy we see massive amounts of repeat customers due to the nature of stays such as contract work, we are able to attract these repeat customers to our platform with cheaper prices, simultaneously increasing our profits avoiding OTA commission.
